• 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish



Cook the huevos (eggs):

- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.

- Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to your desired level of doneness. You can fry them sunny-side up, over easy, or scrambled.

- Season the eggs with salt and pepper to taste.

Warm the tortillas (optional):

- If desired, warm the tortillas by placing them in a dry skillet or directly over a gas flame for a few seconds on each side. This step is optional, but it adds a nice touch to the dish.

Prepare the salsa macha:

-Place a dry skillet over low heat to warm the Salsa Macha 

 Assemble the huevos with salsa macha:

- Place the cooked eggs on a serving plate.

- Spoon a generous amount of the salsa macha over the eggs.

- Sprinkle chopped fresh cilantro on top for added flavor and garnish.

 Serve and enjoy:

- Serve the huevos with salsa macha alongside warm tortillas.

- You can also serve with beans, rice, avocado slices, or any other desired accompaniments.
